PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A RENTAL SESSION - SCROLL SIDEWAYS TO VIEW MORE
CONTRACTS - Things can get weird if you don't have good paperwork. A formal contract will be forwarded to all rental clients. Rentals can be set up as one-off events, or, we can set up a one-year contract for occasional or regular bookings if you are planning multiple events or drop-in rentals based on availability.
Damage Deposit - We require a $200.00 damage deposit for general rentals and a minimum$500.00 damage deposit for events. This is refundable if all is well at the end of the session.
Insurance: If you are a company or business offering services, i.e. for commercial rentals, photo shoots, and events / gatherings, proof of liability insurance must be provided. If you do not carry general commercial liability insurance you can purchase one-time event insurance from PALCanada.com - or we can arrange for studio staff to be on site for a small fee to supervise your rental session and ensure that all parties have signed waivers to attend the space ($20.00 per hour for a studio attendant).
Regardless, renters assume full liability for any damage or loss during rental sessions and must be responsible for the comportment and actions of all their invited attendees.
